Property Assist Victoria
Established in 2007 we began in Main Street Mornington with a real estate office offering residential and commercial sales and leasing. We expanded adding another office the following year. In 2011 we sold these two offices to concentrate on our growing consultancy business as we saw a growing need for Vendor and Buyer Advocacy services across Victoria.
Over that time we have established strong business relationships across both the corporate and private sectors that have seen us assist a truly diverse client base. From compulsory acquired railway crossing relocations, to lease disputes, we have handled them all.
A key part of our Advocacy buiness is assisting the legal and finance sectors, looking to ensure thier clients are getting the best possible result when buying or selling a property.
